All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Charges

Calculated shipping: All shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout based on your address, package weight, and carrier rates.
Delivery Estimates (Domestic U.S.)

Standard: 3–6 business days

Expedited: 2–3 business days

Express: 1–2 business days
Actual transit times are estimates and may vary by destination, weather, and carrier operations.
Carriers
We ship with trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected automatically at checkout or based on best available service.
Order Tracking

Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, email dfwelitetrading@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO

USPS is used for most PO Box and APO/FPO addresses. Some expedited options may be unavailable.
Out-of-Stock / Split Shipments
If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll contact you with options. Orders may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost to you.
Delays & Exceptions
High order volumes, carrier delays, weather events, or holidays may extend delivery times. Thank you for your patience.
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email dfwelitetrading@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, please:

check around the delivery location and with neighbors,

verify the shipping address on your order confirmation, and

contact the carrier.
